Hello everyone, we hope everyone had a great summer and are excited to be back to school! While we are in the off-season, the 2026 Season is right around the corner, and with that we will be conducting Evaluations for the 2026 season in September.
2026 Evaluations
Date: Saturday September 20th at Lunt Fields.
(Rain Date: Sunday September 21st)
We use League age: Players birthday as of 5/1/26
9:00 AM Age 12
10:15 AM Age 11
11:30 AM Age 10
12:45 PM Age 9
2:00 PM Age 8 and below
- Please show up 15 minutes prior to your designated time for Check in, to get your players Eval Number. Please follow online on Facebook that day, and we will post if there are delays, etc.
- Every player will be evaluated, so if you miss this evaluation you will need to evaluate at a later date once registration starts.
- This evaluation is for returning players.
- New players will evaluate after registration for 2026 is started. Date and time will be determined at a later date.
- Bring a glove, bat and helmet to the evaluations. You can wear cleats if you want, or sneakers. No crocks. Please bring water as well. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Please wear your baseball pants and a baseball hat.
- You will get an evaluation number to wear on your shirt, but just to be safe wear an old shirt in case there is remnants from the sticker.
I know a big question from those that evaluated is which division their player evaluated to, and/or should they re-evaluate. Unfortunately, until we have all registered and everyone evaluates, we will not have the data for the league (number of teams in each division, number of players that made each division, etc).
- We understand some players may not be able to make their time to evaluate but please try to do everything to evaluate that day, so you do not have to do it at a later date. If you cannot come during your players’ age group, but can at a different time, please email me.
2025-2026 BOARD:
- If you would like to consider joining our board for next season, come to our board meeting on Thursday Sept 25th at 7PM at the Greenfield Elks
Items for sale:
- At Evaluations there will be several items for sale including hats and shirts. Regular season and Duck! Items will be sold by Venmo.
