Team sponsorships are limited to number of teams each year. Sponsorships are done based on seniority. If there is not a team to sponsor, your sponsorship will be converted to Lunt 1& 2 Field Banner (see above), or other equivalent sponsorship.

Project sponsorships, or any other sponsorship that is not detailed on this form, will be done via a written letter or contract.

Logo Options

Logo Option 1: If a logo is needed for the sponsorship/advertising (at the discretion of Greenfield Minor League Baseball), I would like to use our company logo. I agree to send the logo to gmlbsponsors@gmail.com. I further agree that should the format not be acceptable in any way, I authorize Greenfield Minor League Baseball to attempt to convert the file, and accept any distortions caused by that and/or accept if Greenfield Minor League Baseball has to use the option 2 described below. I understand a delay in sending an acceptable logo may delay posting of the banner, sign, etc. that has the logo.

Logo Option 2: If a logo is needed for the sponsorship/advertising (at the discretion of Greenfield Minor League Baseball), I authorize Greenfield Minor League Baseball to use our company information, including but not limited to, company name, address, and phone number/email address for the sign or banner as Greenfield Minor League Baseball deems appropriate.

All checks should be made out to Greenfield Minor League Baseball, and sent to our P.O. Box above. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for invoicing.
